FARMER, Alietta (née Blais)
It is with great sorrow that the family announces her passing in Sudbury on Saturday, March 2nd, 2019 at the age of 89 years. Daughter of the late Wilfrid and late Georgianna (née Lavigne) Blais. Beloved wife of the late Paul Farmer. Loving mother of Michel Farmer, Nicole Maillé (Réal Audet), André Farmer (Denise) and Mona Beaudry (Michel). Dear sister of Jean-Claude Blais (Beverly). Predeceased by her siblings Anita Rivet (late Lucien), Sylvianne Paquette (late Normand) and Lionel Blais. Cherished grandmother of 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, March 9th, 2019 at 11 a.m. at St-Joseph Church, Chelmsford. Donations can be made by cheque or online to Alzheimer’s Society, Canadian Liver Foundation and Heart & Stroke Foundation.
