The family announces with great sorrow his passing in Sudbury, Monday, November 18, 2019 at the age of 72 years. Beloved husband of Cécile Coutu-Rainville of Hanmer. Son of the late Alphonse and the late Anita (née Arbour) Rainville. Loving father of Jason Rainville (partner Stacey Hould) and step-father of Marc Thibault (special friend Melinda Deschamps) and Gilles Thibault (Carole Adams). Dear brother of Florian (Pierrette White), Gisèle St-George (Fernand), Noëlla Lamarche (Claude), Denis (Ginette), Francine Giroux (Jean-Claude) and Pierrette Piette (Guy). Predeceased by his siblings Lucien (Thérèse Gagnon), Edgar and Maurice (Pauline Pelland). Cherished grandfather of Jaylin Rainville, Kiarah Rainville, Rhyder Rainville, Cohen Thibault, Braeden Thibault and Keagan Thibault. Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. The family would like to thank doctors, nurses and staff at the Cancer Center, Bayshore and the Maison McCulloch Hospice for their kind and compassionate care.
