It is with great sorrow and broken hearts that we announce the passing of Cécile (Boucher) Gagné, who passed away peacefully at Villa St-Gabriel on April 29, 2022 at the age of 94 years. Beloved daughter of the late Mrs. Bernardine Bélanger and the late Mr. Joseph-Étienne Boucher. She was the sister of the late Émérentienne, Rachelle and Fernand.  She is survived by her sisters-in-law Colette Fleury (late Raynald Gagné) and Françoise Fleury (late Fernand Boucher) as well as several nieces and nephews. Cécile will be fondly remembered for her happy temperament, her interest in the newspaper (Le Voyageur) and her love for music. The family would like to thank all the employees of the St-Gabriel Villa, especially Angie, Cindy, Ruth, Jessica and David for all the kindness, love and compassion they bestowed on her everyday. In accordance with the wishes of the family, there will be no visitation. A private service by invitation only will be held on May 5, 2022.
