I was so very very sad and shocked to hear of the passing of Dave ... I worked with him many years ago when he was just a beginning teacher and I knew then he was one of the 'good' ones ... always there for his pupils and always ready to give his time ... he leaves a very large hole in our hearts! ... with my deepest sympathy!
