The family announces with great sorrow his passing in Sudbury, Wednesday, April 3rd, 2019 at the age of 93 years. Beloved husband of Thérèse (née Paradis) Bélanger. Son of the late Donat and the late Exérile (née Belair) Bélanger. Loving father of Denise Lapalme (Philippe), Monique Bélanger-Mimeault (Yvon) and Aline Bélanger (late Yvan Paquette). Predeceased by his sons Normand (Yvonne), Gaëtan (Jacqueline) and baby Joseph. Dear brother Bertha Coupal (Donat). Predeceased by his siblings Lovina Smith, Jeannette Ledoux (Arthur), Laurence Chayer, Alzire Labrecque, Arthur, Philidore, Marcella Gagnon, Antoine and Marie Allard. Cherished grandfather of 12, great-grandfather of 17 and great-great-grandfather of 1. The family will receive relatives and friends at the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 222 Lasalle Blvd, Sudbury, Thursday, April 4th, 2019 from 3 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. A funeral mass will be celebrated Friday, April 5th, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. at St-Jean-de-Brébeuf Church, Sudbury.
