The family announces with sorrow her passing in Sudbury on Saturday, May 25th, 2019 at the age of 79 years. Daughter of the late Ernest and late Marie-Anne (née Robitaille) Jalbert. Beloved wife of 60 years to Aimé Desrochers. Loving mother of Julie Caron-Desrochers (late Claude), Jo-Anne Moisan (Claude) and Louise Watkins (John). Dear sister of Gilles (Donna) and Lise-Anne Noel (Gaston). Predeceased by her brother Carol, sisters Yolande Chabot (Don) and Gisèle Nevins (late Robert). Cherished Mémère of André, Naomi, Patrick (Emilie), Eric (Jennifer), Jessie, Chelsea (Stéphane). Grand-maman of Cayden, Abigail and soon to be new arrival. She will be missed and lovingly remembered by her nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends. She loved life to the fullest, family, past times (knitting,sewing,cooking,traveling,camping) but most of all she enjoyed a good cup of coffee while chatting on the phone. The family would like to thank Carole B. and nurses, volunteers and staff at the Maison McCulloch Hospice for their kind and compassionate care. The family will receive relatives and friends at the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 4570 St-Joseph St., Hanmer, Tuesday, May 28th, 2019 from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, May 29th, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at Ste-Marguerite d’Youville Church, Val Thérèse.
