The family announces with great sorrow his passing at the Maison McCulloch Hospice in Sudbury, Thursday, October 31st, 2019 at the age of 93 years young. Beloved husband of Marie (née Lemieux) Lamontagne. Son of the late Alexandre and the late Cécile (née L’heureux) Lamontagne. Loving father of Carole Lafontaine (Bernard), Noël Lalonde and André Lalonde (Deanna). Dear brother of Annette. Predeceased by his siblings Lucille, Yvette, Thérèse, Simone, Raymond and Maurice. Cherished grandfather of Justin and Christian Lafontaine and Misty Lalonde (Wes Lovett). Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Well known to the community of St-Charles since 1932. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the Cooperative Funeral Home, Sudbury. The family will receive relatives and friends at the St-Charles Community Hall, Friday, November 8th, 2019 from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9:00 p.m. A funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday, November 9th, 2019 at 1 p.m. at St-Charles Borromée Church, St-Charles. www.cooperativefuneralhome.ca
