It is with great sorrow that the family announces his sudden passing in Sudbury on Tuesday, June 4th, 2019 at the age of 54 years. Cherished son of Hélène Bélanger (née Giguère) and of the late Adrien Bélanger. Beloved spouse of Johanne Lapierre. Loving father of Marie-Lyne Bélanger (Jaymes Boudreau), Mathieu Bélanger (Megan Treling), Maxime Bélanger, Jonathan Bélanger (Jenna Larochelle) and Justin Lapierre. Sadly missed by his grandchildren Abbygale, Connor, Loïc and Zoey. Dear brother of Alain Bélanger (France), France Bilodeau (late Gilles), Ghislain Bélanger and Yves Bélanger (Nicole). Lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Marty will be remembered by his family for his great sense of adventure, his good humor and his smile that could warm any heart. The family will receive relatives and friends at the Cooperative Funeral Home, 4570 St. Joseph street, Hanmer on Friday, June 7th, 2019 from 2-5 and 7-9:30 p.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Saturday, June 8th, 2019 at 2 p.m. at St-Jacques Church, Hanmer.
