JANVEAU, Madeleine (née Boutin)
It is with great sorrow that the family announces her passing in Sudbury at the Maison McCulloch Hospice on Saturday, November 2nd, 2019 at the age of 78 years. Cherished daughter of the late Emile and the late Laurie (née Lafrenière) Boutin. Beloved wife of the late Germain “Gerry” Janveau. Loving mother of Gary Poitras (Nicole), Colleen Poitras, Lynn Poitras (Scott) all of Sudbury, Janet Schutt (Dan) of Garson and Gerry Jr. Janveau of Sudbury. Predeceased by her siblings Bob Boutin (Diane) and Lorraine Grant (Bill). She will be sadly missed by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren and lovingly remembered by her nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Madeleine was an avid bowler; she also enjoyed playing cards and dancing. She had a great love for her cats, which she enjoyed for many years. In keeping with Madeleine’s wishes there will be no visitation. Interment will be held Saturday, November 9th, 2019 at 2:30 p.m. at St-Johns Cemetery in Garson. A celebration of her life will follow at the Falconbridge Legion in Falconbridge.
