The family announces with great sorrow his passing in Sudbury, Friday, August 23, 2019 at the age of 85 years. Husband of the late Joyce (née Dagg) Daoust. Son of the late Firmin and the late Léonie (née Lefebvre) Daoust. Loving father of Denis, Philippe (late Leanna), Kenny (Peggy Boucher), Brenda Brouse, Gerry (Karen Hussey), Raymond (Joanne Brosseau) and Sandy Daoust. Predeceased by his daughter Judy Kiisner (late Joe). Dear brother of Ernest (Lucille Neault), Pauline Vincent (late Fernand), Roger (Lucille) and André (Estelle). Predeceased by his siblings Firmin Jr., Leonida Lauzon (late Hector), Stephane Toulous (late Fernande) (late Jacqueline Charbois), Laura Zubriski (late Mike Zubriski) (late Bert Putnins), Paul Daoust (late Estelle Bradley), Thérèse Daoust, Michel (Jeannine Daoust), Madeleine Teahan (late Francis), Rita (Germain)and Jean Patterson (late Lloyd). Cherished grandfather of 18, great-grandfather of 36 and of 2 great-great grandchildren. Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. The family will receive relatives and friends at the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 4691 R.R.15, Chelmsford, Wednesday, August 28, 2019 from 11-1 p.m. A funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. in the chapel, Chelmsford.
